Choosing flowers is a very personal decision. We can help and advise because we are in constant contact with florists and we have brochures which will give you an idea of what is available.
If you wish we can even order the flowers for you and we can provide a suitable card for you to write.
Some families prefer for donations to a charity in remembrance and we can help. We have contacts with many, many charities from international relief agencies through to medical research foundations and small animal care centres. We can manage the charity fund for you by keeping an account open for four to six weeks after the funeral.
We forward the money on your behalf and then write to you to tell you who has donated (but not the individual amounts) and the total.
The nominated charity will also acknowledge receipt of the donation.
Announcing a death in a local paper or a national paper is one way of dealing with the problem of “letting people know”. We can help advise on the wording and act as a contact point for information - according to your instructions.
We can place a notice in any paper of your choice.
We carry a supply of memorial books, beautifully bound and with pages for messages and words of condolence from family and friends. Please ask and we can show you examples.
What to do after the funeral is a common problem. Some families have a clear idea and make their own arrangements.
For others the need to find a venue or a caterer is a question that needs answering.
We have knowledge of venues as well as outside caterers who can help.
Please ask.
We have printed information, sample menus and the verbal testimonies of other clients all of which helps with your decision.
Some people like to release doves at the grave side. We can arrange this for you.
Pets are important and sadly they do die. If you wish for a small monument or a wooden cross to be placed in a garden please contact us, we would be willing to help.We have offices at:
